Our story
History
DISK Pizza came into being when four pizza lover friends came together to follow their passion. With diverse cultural backgrounds and family oriented upbringing, they put exotic flavours and lots of love in each pizza they make. The vision of DISK Pizza is to spend a great time with friends and family while enjoying your unique favourite flavours at the same time.
The special thing about the team is that everything is done by themselves. And everything they do reflects love, diversity and passion for pizza. The location is also at the heart of one of the most diverse city of the world, Toronto.
Our pizza
Our pizza is Brooklyn style pizza inspired by Italian, Asian and Western cuisines. Those came from our team members’ backgrounds and we all brought it into our pizza because we love pizza! No worries, we also offer veggie, kosher and halal options!
We really care about the ingredients for our pizza. We own our farm to maintain our vegetable quality and serve our pizza with the freshest vegetables. Also, we import spring water from Hokkaido, cilantro and cheese from Italy to give unique and authentic flavours to our pizza.
